Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much services will cost. Please contact the billing department at [email protected] to receive a Good Faith Estimate.

Under the law, healthcare providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not utilizing insurance an estimate of the bill for treatment.

Make sure you receive the Good Faith Estimate in writing at least one business day before you receive service. You can also ask to receive the Good Faith Estimate before you schedule services.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate or how to dispute a bill, visit cms.gov/nosurprises or call 1-800-MEDICARE (1-800-633-4227).
